Mike has done computer tutorials for us in the past such as email labeling, how to spot spam messages, answering questions and concerns for novice computer users like us seniors.I like how Mike is clear with his teaching of steps and doesn't overload me.I recommend Mike and PC Techs for your computer help.
PC Tech replaced my laptop screen at a good price & delivered it to my house when I couldn't make it to their office. Awesome service!

If you need you laptop back in working condition, dont ever bring it here. They screwed up my laptop so bad that it wont work anymore. On top of that they misplaced my charger. Worst, worst, worst ever place. I would never recommend this place for any sort of service.Edit- so based on your reply, you're telling me, i was supposed to pay you for screwing up my laptop? I accept that you worked on the charging port, however the laptop was given to you in a working condition, but when i received it back, it just doesn't work. Do you expect me to pay you for that???
